BBRZ is working in many places in Austria – so we took the chance to organize our first national seminars in different cities of Austria: Vienna, Graz and Bludenz.
The main objective was to introduce the STORYTELLER-project and the first outputs – the compendium and the guidelines. The participants of all seminars were people working in the social and cultural sector such as trainers working with migrants, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, youth with psychiatric problems, with offenders, but also coaches a mediator and a museum curator. These different backgrounds made the interactive parts of the seminars very interesting.
All of our participants agreed that Storytelling could be useful for their daily work, working within an individual setting as well as working with groups. All of them want to stay updated and are interested in learning more about the methods.
